They don't offer floor plans to choose from. Therefore, your plans that are custom designed with their architects are only used once. You will truly have a one of a kind home when finished. Their communication was great, and they make you feel like family. They truly care about each of their clients, and their passion for building homes is evident. They offer great advice and opinions all along the way to make the decision-making process easier on the clients. They also have designers on their team that will help bring the whole feel of the home together, which was a huge help to us. They even check in after you've moved in to see if there are any little fixes that need to be done.
